Seminar 2: Unleash your Vitality

Reposition the way we sit and stand. Postures to open chest and shoulders and increase lung capacity.
Breath:
Increase oxygen levels, stamina and vitality by focusing on inhalations.
Mind:
Direct the mind to productive thoughts with positive, gratitude techniques. (part II)

Seminar 3: Finding Balance

Decrease tension through a focused exhalation breath.

Quiet the mind and gain increased perspective.

Seminar 4: Be Tall, Feel Your Roots

Healthy spine starting with your feet
Posture:
Don’t forget your feet. Simple postures for a healthy spine that start with your feet.
Breath:
Create new pathways in brain (neuroplasticity) with a breath retention practice.
Mind:
Redirect awareness. Train the mind toward positive, happy thoughts.
