48- Day Meditation and Practice
One Precious Life
This session will begin with reflection and self-inquiry including meditation, writing and setting intentions followed by a Puja. Through this session, you will be invited to commit to a 48-day meditation and daily practice on the impermanence of life and death. Bring a pen, notebook and an open heart. This meditation is inspired by a true story that will inspire you to step into the precious moments of life with awareness of the importance to live to the fullest and to become the best possible version of yourself.

Sound Bath Healing with Shane Chunephisal
We will tune-in to the ancient art of vibrational healing and align the chakras and cleanse your energy. Shane will assist you in restoring your energy and connecting to your inner harmony through the powerful vibration sound bath utilizing 432hz alchemical gemstone & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more! The sound bath is uplifting, transformative and a unique experience!
