Mysore is for Everyone
This workshop continues our inspiration from Guruji, "you come, no fearing."
Many people believe Mysore is only for "advanced students." The truth is, more than any other yoga practice, Mysore is a unique and beautiful way to practice ashtanga at your own pace. The teacher works with you to modify poses and make ashtanga yoga support your particular body and needs. Diana takes joy in tailoring the Mysore practice to each individual student, making everyone feel welcome and supported. This workshop will include lecture, demonstration and an opportunity to ask questions about the system.
