The Wim Hof Method's Vision is to "give people more control over their body and mind through a natural method. Through optimal circulation and conductivity surpassing physical and mental boundaries." The four hour workshop will increase your energy, improve moods and athletic performance, strengthen your immune and cardiovascular systems using breath and concentration training, and cold exposure.

  • Learn specific breath practice
  • Meditation/concentration practice/yoga
  • Cold exposure training (including Brown fat activation)
  • Study the science and research supporting these 3 practices
