The four hour workshop will increase your energy, improve moods and athletic performance, strengthen your immune and cardiovascular systems using breath and concentration training, and cold exposure.

  • Learn specific breath practice
  • Meditation/concentration practice/yoga
  • Cold exposure training, ocean swim and cold bath (including Brown fat activation)
  • Study the science and research supporting these 3 practices
