Start your new year out with Vibrant Health training in the Wim Hof Method. The Wim Hof Method’s Vision is to "give people more control over their body and mind through a natural method. Through optimal circulation and conductivity surpassing physical and mental boundaries.” The four hour workshop will increase your energy, improve moods and athletic performance, strengthen your immune and cardiovascular systems using breath and concentration training, and cold exposure.
This workshop has been created for yoga teachers and yoga teachers in training to supplement their current programs by bringing them a deeper understanding of the lineage which vinyasa yoga comes from and the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga.
