Sunday Class Schedule

To accommodate the 3 Sunday classes, we've made some time adjustments so students participating in each class can get the maximum benefit possible
Mysore: 6:00 - 8:15am
Must finish (including savasana) by 8:15am
Adjustments from 7:00 - 8:00am
Conference: begins at 8:30am
First Series Led: 9:00 - 10:30am
Dragon: 10:45am - 11:45am

You are welcome to begin your practice earlier.

During her first year of law school in 2006, Sarah started taking Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes.
As the years of practice passed, she was continually searching for a way to deepen her understanding and experience of yoga. To that end, Sarah completed her 200-hour training at Triad Yoga & Pilates in Fall 2013.
She had cursory exposure to Ashtanga at that time, but she was suddenly inspired with an inescapable drive to focus on the Ashtanga practice, and she feels very strongly that this particular practice is the path she needs to follow in this life.
Sarah began a daily Mysore practice in late 2013, and has since watched the practice manifest astounding changes in her life physically, mentally and spiritually, and in such an overwhelming manner that she wants that experience to permeate the world around her.
Sarah has studied under Diana since October 2015, and is honored to be a part of the amazing Pacific Ashtanga community. She is currently studying as an intern with Diana, and looking forward to First Series training with Tim Miller in June 2017.
